Childrens show, Friday Download focuses on the latest trends in TV, film, music, gaming, fashions and more! The CBBC favourite is filmed infront of screaming kids....I mean....a live studio audeince! and is hosted by Dionne Bromfield, Aiden Davis, Tyger Drew-Honey, Georgia Lock, Ceallach Spellman and Richard Wisker. These young and talented famous faces are all experts in their different downloads.

 

Each episode different presenters discuss their download subjects and include the crowd at every stage with debate, opinion or even teaching them dance moves or song lyrics. There is also a celebrity performace too!

 

Roger Williams has taken over as Lighting Designer for the latest series and is supported by Richard Martin Lighting (RML). The lighting rig comprises of Mac 700’s, Mac 600’s, Mini Mac Profiles, Alpha Wash 300’s, GLP Impressions and ChromaBanks.

 

The set is divided into different stages which is used for various different parts of the show. Roger does a great job of keeping the look bright, fun and energtic – just what you would expect for a show like this.

 

Whether you are genuinely interested in being ‘down with the kids’ or just want to see your childrens faces when you try, Friday Download is filmed at the BBC Television Centre and is aired on Fridays at 6pm.
